I am an advanced wellness practitioner-coach, elder, and certified Qigong instructor dedicated to sharing the wisdom gathered over 84 years of lived experience.
Since 1985, I have offered successful, innovative wellness tools across the U.S., Hawaii, Mexico, Guatemala and Japan—supporting individuals seeking healing, balance and personal growth..
My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to holistic health and the pursuit of well-being of others.
I have learned from extraordinarily wise beings—unassuming strangers met while traveling, as well as recognized spiritual masters, shamans and quantum physicists. Their compassionate wisdom deeply influenced my view of life and is woven into every wellness session I offer.
In 2011 and 2012, following the earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear disaster in Fukushima, Japan, I provided, my Heart, Mind & Hands wellness program as humanitarian aid. I have been honored to receive commendation from the Veterans Administration for coaching combat veterans and their families beginning in 2013.
These experiences strengthened my belief in the resilience of the human spirit—and in the profound role that mindset and intention play in our ultimate well-being.
